I began my career as a nurse, moved into leadership, rose to the C-suite, and today serve as both Vice President of Operations and Chief Nursing Officer. Along the way I built deep expertise in operations and organizational turnarounds, guiding teams through complex, high-stakes change.
That path taught me what separates good leaders from great ones: emotional intelligence is the key to lasting success. It is how leaders build trust, navigate difficult conversations and bring people with them through change.
As a certified professional coach, I founded KU Coaching & Consulting in 2022 to help healthcare leaders strengthen it. Working together, I help you:
